Wes is a chartered Civil Engineer from the UK. His international minded project management approach has been quite instrumental in growing Sim Leisure's business into a complete solution provider. Wes is responsible for the group's securing and execution of high profile projects such as Universal Studios, Yas Island Waterworld, Legoland, Wahooo, Ski Dubai and Motiongate.
Josie is a well-respected member of the team with over 10 years' experience in marketing, sales and maangement in the USA and UAE in the creative design industry. Josie leads Sim Leisure in international business and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the company in the UAE. She is proficient in technical design and excellent with contract negotiation.
Looi Tuck Meng oversees the financial and accounting aspects of Sim Leisure Group and its subsidiaries since January 2023. He previously served as the Group's Corporate and Finance Advisor. Prior to joining Sim Leisure Group, Looi served in senior corporate and finance roles for various public-listed companies in Malaysia.
Johann is responsible for overseeing the operations management, administration and government and stakeholder relations for the ESCAPE Park in Penang. Having worked for the group since 2009, Johann has worked in a range of roles across different companies within the group including Executive Assistant to the CEO, IT Manager and Park Operations Manager.
Sim Ming Ming has been an integral part of the Sim Leisure Group since 2017. His hands-on experience in park operations, attractions safety and design & build provides him with an in-depth understanding of the safety needs of the parks - identifying potential risks, implementing changes to mitigate risks and develop policies to develop a culture of safety within the parks' operations.
Yang has served in Sim Leisure Group since 2017. As Sales and Marketing Manager, he is responsible for the overall implementation of the Group and parks' sales and marketing initiatives. His years of hands-on experience in the park's operations has given him an in-depth insight into understanding the key audiences, demographics and seasonalities to optimise the parks' marketing strategies.
