Plan and prepare digital marketing campaigns, social media content calendars and performance marketing campaigns.
Prepare digital marketing content and copies in accordance to the outlined marketing campaigns and calendar.
Publish creative content on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn), websites and other digital/advertising platforms (email campaign, website, digital displays).
Design, maintain and update website content and information.
Monitor performance of websites, social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns to evaluate key deliverables.
Constantly monitor digital marketing trends within the leisure & theme park industry.
Observe and suggest improvements for the department’s efficiency and implement wherever needed.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior/management.
Carry out duties as tasked with a professional attitude, ensuring that Sim Leisure Group's service standards, objectives and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times.
Requirements
Working proficiency in graphic design (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop)
Working proficiency in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Working fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Analytic skills – particularly in social media and digital marketing.
Proficiency in videography, photography, video editing is an added advantage.
Creative problem-solving ability.
Multitasking and meeting strict deadlines.
Articulate and assertive in communicating ability.
